What if I cannot keep a beat?
Jacob graduated from Fred Astaire dance studios. He has worked with all types of dancers. He can help you find the beat and more!
Do I have to have a dance partner?
No. Jacob can teach lead and follow. In group lessons dance partners rotate from partner to partner. If you do have a partner, you can request to not rotate. But we do encourage you to rotate partners as this allows you to become a better dancer by learning to adapt to all different kinds of dance leads or follows.
I've had lessons before and still cannot dance!
This is why Jacob teaches through a combination approach. Everybody has a different style of learning so by exposing yourself to group, one-on-one, and watching video instructional videos, you are sure to make progress and have fun doing it!
Are your lessons expensive?
You can actually learn for FREE. The lessons at the dance hall is completely free. Not only do you get to take the lesson, you will meet other dancers, and get to stay as long as you want to practice what you learned immediately!
Do you teach private lessons?
Yes. On your first lesson, I will do an assessment and make recommendations for your learning plan.
How do I know which package to choose?
You can send me a message and let me know what you are wanting to learn and I can suggest the package. Or y ou can purchase a consult and we can put together a custom package for you.
Where do I book a Lesson?
We have individual lessons, group lessons, one instructor led lessons and two instructor led lessons. You can book a lesson from here: (These lessons can be taught in person if you are in Boise Idaho or virtually online if you are not.)
